Wilson Parking - Clocktower

Booked a "bay" via their web site, which presented a list of car park names rather than, you know, actual street addresses. They expect the customer to know that "Clock Tower" and "Quay West" are in fact different car parks at different addresses on the same street. (I'm not in the habit of learning car park code names, are you?).

Initially refused to provide any refund of the wrong booking, capitulated when I stated I'd lodge a chargeback with my bank.

Aside: the lifts/elevators at the car park at 55 Harrington St, The Rocks are closed in the evenings, so you have to walk up and out the ramps and hope there are no vehicles coming the other way. If you have passengers with a wheelchair/pram/etc, you might want to drop them at the entrance before driving in.
